Automate Lead Generation With SubSync
Here's how to automate the lead generation process using SubSync's Find Leads tool.
1. Log into SubSync and Open the "Find Leads" Tool
Once you’re logged into your SubSync account, hover over the "Find Leads" option in the left sidebar.

From the menu that appears, click on "Find New Leads."

2. Enter the Location You Want to Generate Leads for
SubSync will automatically generate targeted leads from the map based on your specified location.
In the search box that appears, type in the location where you want to find leads, then click Search. For instance, you might want to find leads in "Austin, Texas."

3. Choose Your Target Area
Zoom in or out using the scroll feature, and drag the map as needed until you locate the exact area where you want to generate leads.

4. Highlight the Area for Lead Generation
Now, you can draw a shape around the area where you want targeted leads. In this example, we selected the rectangle tool from the toolbar at the top of the map.

As you draw on the map, a green square will appear to mark the area you want to generate leads for. In this example, we highlighted the Downtown Austin area.

When you release the mouse after drawing the square, SubSync will automatically generate a list of leads for you using its AI-powered system.

Click "Next," and you’ll see these options:
Send a Message (via email, text, phone call, or physical mail): Contact your list of leads right away.
Add to a Campaign: Add your leads to a multi-step nurturing campaign.
Create a List: Get a list of 300 leads.
For this example, we selected "Create a List." Click "Next" to continue.

Enter a name for your list in the text field provided (for example, "Roofing Leads") and click "Next." You will be returned to the map view.

5. Access Your List of Targeted Leads
Hover over the "Find Leads" option in the left sidebar once more, then click on "My Lists."

Your list of generated leads will appear here. Click "View" next to the "Roofing Leads" list we just created.

You should now see a list of leads with the following details:
Address
Name
Email
Phone Number
Estimated Income Level

6. Select the Leads You Want to Contact
Check the box next to each lead you’d like to reach out to, or click the box at the top to select all leads.

By clicking the "Actions" dropdown in the top right corner of the list, you'll see the following options:

Add Contacts to the CRM: Enables you to track all interactions with each lead.
Create a Power Dialer List: Automatically lines up leads for calling one after another without manually dialing each number. The power dialer includes a sales script and lets you set a delay between calls.
Skiptrace: Completes missing data for leads. For instance, if a phone number is missing, skiptrace can attempt to fill it in.
Export Contacts: Downloads contacts to a .csv file, ready for upload to spreadsheet software like Google Sheets or Excel.

In this example, we selected Export Contacts. Your list will download as a .csv file, giving you a detailed spreadsheet of your leads. Here’s an example of what the columns might look like:
